1. Order Cancellation Fee: If you place an order for an item we have in stock, we pledge to fill your order. However, many people are placing orders with multiple merchants, and as soon as one fille the order, cancelling the orders with others. We reserve the right to charge a $100.00 order cancellation fee for orders placed and cancelled in this manner.
Seems to me that these guys have zero stock. They are taking orders and then waiting for inventory to arrive to fulfill them. Zero people in this thread have received a single item from these guys.

I'm guessing that this cancellation policy was not on there front page when most of you ordered.

I wonder what the legality of this policy is. It's not like your ordering an item that stated it was a special order and required a deposit. Plus, they do not seem to list ANYTHING on backorder. One would think they would at least need to provide real time inventory quantities to enforce such a policy.

Good luck guys.

Ordered a complete upper that was "in stock" and received it within 7 business days. No problems what so ever. Then again, this was about 2 years ago. Sorry you guys are having problems.

They have a ton of stuff marked as "Out of stock".

I suspect that they build the uppers as orders come in, so now it's a matter of building everything and seeing what they run out of.

I still haven't been charged a dime, so I'm not too worried about it. Let my friend build his AR with my LPK, he should have a replacement for me soon enough.

on other forums it looks like people's orders from the 19th and 20th have gone out. That 4 week lead time is likely more like 6-8, oh well.

Are you satisfied with the product?
Personally I don't mind waiting given the circumstances.

That's the impression I'm under, that they manufacture their own product..I would rather have them take their time and build a quality product then rush them.

Three choices
Good
Fast
Cheap

You can only choose two.

Don't call them or bug them about product availability. They are swamped with orders, can you imagine how crazy it must be? Probably getting hundreds of phone calls a day, at least, for a small business.

If you don't mind waiting, place your order and give it the month or two before you bug them. They don't charge your card until they ship.

Extended Shipping Times

As a result of the tragic events in Newtown, Connecticut, misguided politicians are seeking to pass legislation to take away the rights of honest, hard working Americans. As a result, we are overloaded with orders. TO COPE WITH THE SHEER NUMBER OF ORDERS, WE ARE TAKING ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL - WE WANT TO DEVOTE OUR TIME TO GETTING YOUR ORDERS OUT THE DOOR.

We make the pledge not to price gouge like others in the market. However, we are at least two weeks behind in shipping due to the unprecedented volume. Rest assured that, unless you hear otherwise from us, your order will be filled. Please be patient, we are shipping as fast as possible. Many thanks.

ALL ORDERS FOR TRR-15 LOWERS WILL TAKE AT LEAST EIGHT (8) WEEKS TO FILL.

I got my LPK and stock from Midway, I ordered them before Christmas and they showed up on the 29th the same day I got my stripped lower out of jail.

I ordered a complete upper from Rguns on Jan.6 for $490.00, I'm guessing it will show up mid Feb. or early March.

Ive already ditched my order with them. Via requesting a new CC number. They cant charge a card that doesnt exist anymore.

I dont want to deal with these shady ****s any more.

I dont mind waiting, I have backorders open with a bunch of retailers. But these people are not being truthful about what they do, or dont have, or when theyll even get it.

Ordered 12/17 received 1/14, (complete upper) I never received a shipment notification, I just received the package about 9-10 days after the charge showed on my credit card.

I have not had a chance to shoot it yet (um, need a lot more other parts ) but everything looks good.

Yes, I am satisfied with it. I am having no issues with the BCG after 1000+ rounds (as I've heard people have problems with). No issues with the gas system. In fact it's been more reliable than the DD upper a buddy of mine has.

aimsurplus apparently had 20+ Rguns complete uppers in stock today. At least it looks like Rguns is still getting supply out.

I'll not order from them again. I ordered an upper at the beginning of Novemer. It delivered beginning of December - quad rail was maybe 1 - 2 degrees off rotationally from being level with upper, and was also 1/4" at muzzle off left to right from being straight. I called, got a return tag, sent it ack to them, and finally got it back repaired about 10 days ago. The "straw that broke the camels back" was the comment on the call tag that accompanied the repaired upper: "it's a free float rail, it WILL move". I still haven't been able to get it out to shoot yet, but looks good - the situation, and response, overall just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered two lowers right before Christmas. Got a confirmation of the order but no charge to the CC. Got a call on the 1-4-13 that they were ready and the CC was being charged. Showed up at the FFL a few days later.

The Delaware Machine Lowers are not finely finished by any stretch but they exist and I've got them. Not really that dramatic.

I ordered one too and I can care less as long as they don't charge my card till my order is ready to ship then i'm a happy camper. Also if anyone ordered anything with them and wants to back out and not pay the $100 cancelation fee, just call your credit card company and tell them you lost your credit card and they will send you a new card with a new account number. Rguns will never be ab,e to chage that card.

IF anyone is interested, fulton-armory.com is up at the moment, showing stripped lowers in stock, some uppers as well. They're not cheap, but if they say they have it, in my experience, they have it.

Ordered a Yugo bipod "in stock" on 12/31, nothing as of yet no CC either, reminds me of PSA before the panic except PSA charged my card at the time of the order then took two weeks to put the in stock order in the box. Won't order from either company again.

I ordered my complete upper from rguns on jan 16. I got my initial confirmation email and I've heard nothing since then. My card has not yet been charged. I'm in no hurry really, so I'll give them some more time. I mean, with the cost of ammo right now even if I had my upper to complete my ar i probably wouldn't be out shooting it right now anyway. lol

Yes, that was my reasoning too. I looked up reviews with them beforehand, and I found a lot of bad customer service issues but I did not find an instance of them ripping people off for money and keeping the products. Considering the prices of complete uppers everywhere else (who are also not in stock), I'll wait my time and deal with bad CS to save 400-600 dollars I would have spent elsewhere to wait for an upper. To me, the extra money spent is not worth the price gouging just to make me feel warm and fuzzy inside after I talk to a person.

So far, nobody has said their card has been charged without getting their shipment after the fact so the risk is minimal in my opinion. Worst case? My card is charged, which means my shipment went out. That's the way I see it.

Can't find an M72 bipod anywhere else, one and only reason I ordered from them, not like it is killing me that it is taking a month to put an "in stock" part in a box and ship it, but you would think that Rguns and PSA would hire a few $8.00 an hour flunkies to ship items and speed up the flow of money...at least Rguns does not charge your credit card till they ship...unlike PSA.
