Default XDS 9mm - SHOT Show 2013

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rqsK78EzkY

Should go head to head with the Shield. Now lets see if Glock steps up and announces a single stack 9mm.

Yeah I got the email hit on this and watched. Man I don't see that coming to Kalli anytime soon.

Hmmm...As much as I love my Walther PPS I may actually consider selling the PPS to buy a 9mm XD-S, I absolutely love my XD-S, and having one in 9mm would be nice.

Those of us in Northern California should start bugging FFLs to get the SSE parts for the XD-S 9mm now, otherwise we'll never be able to get our hands on it. As far as I know there still aren't even that many doing SSE on the .45 version in the upper half of the state.

I'm glad they made a 9mm version. I'm currently a Shot, I'm going to check it out tomorrow. I'll try to post pics.

That's the one I'm after as well. I'm not certain I'd get rid of my .45 but I'd much prefer it in .40 S&W

Love my XDs .45, was thinking of picking up a Shield in 9mm but I'll definitely be waiting on this one instead. The XDs feels way more substancial and definitely has the better trigger.

How much do you think it will cost to pick up one of these bad boys via SSE? $600-700?

Probably in that neighborhood. With tax and DROS, Valkyrie Arms charged me around $660 for the .45ACP XD-S when it came out last year.

I have the xds 45...and will get this one too. Great little pistol! I highly recommend it.

Size wasnt modified because its the same gun as the 45. Only difference is in the barrel. The weight is actually slightly more on the 9mm since the barrel is thicker according to Rob Leatham of SA

Yeah it's definitely pricey. Was hoping it would have a lower price point to compete with the Shield.

I picked up my XDS 45 from wild bills in Elk Grove on Jan 18. Oh my what a sweety she is. I have ran about a 100 rounds through and love it. Can't wait to put some more through. I would also like to see it in the 40 S&W but if I walk in and see the 9 at some point it will be coming home with me after the lock down period.

Love my XDS 45ACP but I like the idea of having a couple more rounds with the 9mm XDS. Plus 9mm is cheaper to shoot. May need to pick up the 9mm XDS if I come across one in Bi-Tone.
