I have practically no body fat and often times find it difficult to comfortably conceal. Sitting is the worst part. Belly bands come in handy for my type, but I can imagine it being quite uncomfortable for those with more midsection

I got that "dunlop" thing going on... I can see my feet, but what is that other thing they're talking about?

Seriously, I've been carrying a G23 (and now a 19) in a White Dog OWB holster, and just picked up a DeSantis Intruder. Had to reshape it a bit as my G19 is fitted with a CTC Lightguard, but I like the Intruder. I've only been wearing it a few days and it's beginning to break in and become pretty comfortable. My only issue with it is that it seems pretty bulky, but not having tried other hybrid holsters, I can't say whether it's more bulky than other examples of the breed.

I carry in about the 8:30 position (left handed), works pretty well.

I guess I'll stick with my OWB Safariland paddle for now.
SofTuk isn't a very good "test case" for a holster. Not too bad with a Airweight J-frame, but for something like a 1911, Glock or other "real" gun it doesn't provide either adequate support or a great deal of security. Compound that with a lousy belt and you have a recipe for failure.

I will confirm that the SofTuk is a pain in the rear to get on and is exhibit 1 in why I like loops not hooks.

It looks that way, but the inside of your pants and the Wilderness Tactical belt act as a trigger guard. The down side is you have to jam your thumb behind the gun because it is right next to you. I started carrying this way back in 1969 with a S&W J frame and a 1911. I never worried about either of those guns, so I don't worry about the Glock either.

Buy a little Kel Tec.... If you are fat enough you can keep it in your belly button instead of using a holster J/K

CW9 in a Galco horsehide pocket holster. Can't see it under Wrangler denim. Spare mag in another pocket and I'm all set.

Picked it up for just over 300.

So what is it?
