I've been reading that this bill contains no grandfather clause. Can anyone confirm that?

I think they need to ban lawmaking in New York. They've proved they're not responsible enough to have that power.

They will try hard to do the same here if not, worse. The 2A may not be infringed federally but individual states like CA and NY will more than infringe it. As intended, when a state tyranny is implemented, so shall the right to defend it.

They will and we will all suffer. I am not at all worried about federal laws. California will pass some really messed up stuff that will surpass anything at a federal level. Hold on for the ride.

If you haven't been writing your reps and the governor, now might be a good time to get crackin'. I've always been far more worried about Kalifornia than the feds.

how do they pick a number like 7 and say that its safer than 10? i mean in all honesty how does their conversation go to make a determination that 7 was just enough not to piss anyone off and 7 was enough to make everyone happy.

the details do not matter until the Governor signs or allows the bill to become law.
