Default 223 bullet and powder recommendations?

I am looking to start reloading 223 on my dillon 550b. I am looking to do it to save money, not to make match grade. What are people's recommendations for powder and bullets, and the best places to get both.

powder valley for H335/primers
wideners/montanagold for 55gr fmj-bt in bulk. wideners also carries primers and powder.

small rifle or small rifle magnum primers will work

cheapest components possible. Talking military pulldown bullets from hitech ammo or wideners, military pulldown powder like WC44 (you can use any powder since its not much of a savings. I prefer IMR4895 or Varget)

Wolf primers from powder valley or wideners at $15.50 per k

the cheapest military brass you can find and use the dillon super swage to remove the crimps.

When prices go back to normal you should be able to produce EXCELLENT quality .223 for about $115 per thousand.

Montana Gold has a pretty good price on bulk bullets.

I found that the last gun show had the best primer prices (well and bullets too) w/ ZERO shipping, and no Hazmat fees.

What barrel twist is the rifle you will be shooting the ammo with?

On a progressive press, I like to use AA-2230, as it flows well through my powder measure. I usually buy from Powder Valley or Grafs

I use Benchmark, it's an extruded powder that meters great on a progressive, and plays well with 223

I actually don't know. This setup will be for my father on my press. It is for his AR. It is an older model from the 80's. I can find out.
