Default INTEL to provide individual TV shows for purchase, no more packages

Intel Is Reportedly Going To Destroy The Cable Model By Offering People The Ability To Subscribe To Individual Channels

This is great news, I hope it becomes a reality soon.

Will content owners give Intel licenses to distribute unbundled channels at reasonable prices?

Since content owner also own internet service providers I could see them cranking down bandwidth caps to make Intel tv over internet non competitive to traditional distribution models.

I hope Intel can figure a way to make it work. I am watching significantly less tv over time and having trouble justifying the cost of dtv.... Am pretty close to cutting the cable and going ota and streaming the rest over the web
