I got mine from www.triadtactical.com I put a little pipe insulation under it to lift it up a bit for a good cheek weld. The pocket is big enough for a little note pad and a tool kit. Works very well.

What other "nice" accessories should I get for my 700PSS? (In prep for the clinic!!)

I've got an uncle mike's sling.

A harris.

A 3-9x Leupy Mk4.

BY THE WAY.... anyone else want this "Eagle Industries - Shooter's Stock Pack"? I think I will go order soon. And I can deliver to "SCPRC" meet on 9/8!

Good ammo.

As a general recommendtion with no relation to the clinic in question, I think the Tactical Intervention sling is the way to go. It's very field expedient and it works fairly well for a sling supported position as long as you use it properly.

If you know how to use a 1903 military leather sling, that's also a good option.

I am trying to make good ammo for this new toy.

I may purchase some Lapua and/or BHA for the "clinic" tho. Lapua are good for "brass saving"....

Jicko,
Precision arms normally stocks these eagle shooting packs. They come in black and camo. Great product I own two of them. You may also want to look at the eagle hybrid sniper drag bag/ shooting mat. Precision also stock these. The drag bag is great if you have to walk long distances and is a huge shooting mat when laid out. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Ive got a Blackwater Sniper Drag Bag for sale if interested, it folds open and then folds out to a full on ground shooting platform. Not something you normally see at the range either. I got issued it on my last gig in Iraq and ended up not being on the detail that was issued sniper rifles. So I got to keep the mat/bag! I know it retails out of Brigand Quartermaster for 279, I will let it go for 200 if interested! Brand new, never used, never had a rifle in it! It also fits the pelican 1759 case as well.
