The LMT MWS is a terrific rifle system. Those who spend the time and work with this rifle know there is very high potential for this precision rifle. Having addition long barrels made by the LMT factory is an absolute necessity if you plan to shoot very long ranges with your LMT MWS in 308 and/or 260 Remington. It's easily installed by you by simply removing two bolts on each side and tightening them down with torx bit and wrench.

Regarding the Single Cut Stainless Steel 5R barrels -- wished I had more. More buyers than barrels ...

If you own the LMT MWS 308, you know how awesome these rifles are. This would be a nice back up barrel or longer range precision barrel due to the 5R design to be easier on jacketed bullets for longer range engagements. It takes about 2 minutes to install by removing two bolts.

They are Stainless Steel, fully finished and indexed with barrel extensions. It's 1 in 11.25 single cut rifling 5R to be gentle on long boolits with J4 jackets for long range stability and ability to stay supersonic out to 1000yrds.

===================

Very last minute order that came in: Calibre Conversion: 260 Remington Stainless Steel Barrel 1/9 twist and 6.5 Creedmoore in 1/8 twist. You are good to go because it uses same Pmags and the bolt head is the same. So why get these barrel calibre conversions? Because it allows you to shoot a medium size cartridge/semi auto with 300 Win Magnum ballistics. Extremely flat shooting and wind bucking ability. The different between a miss and a hit at long range!

------------------------

Comparison of the 20 inch barrel vs. the std 16 inch.

The state of the situation: After spending some time talking with the LMT folks, the manager said with a straight face that all accessories and spare parts are devoted to building rifles. There will be no accessories nor spare parts available for sale. He says if I place an order now ... it would be 4 years (that's the back log) ... NO Joke. He said this with a straight face.

Pricing reflects the situation:

1) LMT 20 inch Stainless Steel 1: 11.25 twist 5R single cut rifle barrel complete and ready for installation: I sold all I had. Due to overwhelming PM's I was able to get some more after waiting 2yrs to fill order. The new price is at $888 FTF transaction. PM me if you have questions.

2) LMT 20 inch Calibre Conversion: 260 Remington Stainless Steel Barrel 1/9 twist. Asking $788 (FTF if possible, shipping will be extra). Couple left.
Very easy to change the calibre and shoot 300 Win Mag ballistics using a 308/medium calibre semi auto pistol!

3) LMT 20 inch Calibre Conversion: 6.5 Creedmoor Stainless Steel Barrel 1/9 twist. Asking $888 (FTF if possible, shipping will be extra). One left.
Very easy to change the calibre and shoot 300 Win Mag ballistics using a 308/medium calibre semi auto pistol!

Thanks,

DD

Clarification:

260 Remington Stainless barrels in 20 inch readily available now.

308 Win Stainless barrel in 20 inch ONE left.

308 Win Chromelined barrel in 20 inch -- two cases all gone!

Strong suggestion to move now. Once these dry up, it will be a few years before I get another shipment.

What version is the Eotech 3-0, 3-2,3-4? If you'd knock 50 bucks off I'd probably buy it, even though I shouldn't...haha My problem is I have 3 Ar's and a Scar 17s and NONE have optics yet. I would really like an Elcan but can't afford that.
