Ya know, you buy one and then you see something else you might like better. That can is a Gemtech Outback IId. I have a couple different .22's either one could go on so I have plenty of options. I also bought a gemtech G5-22 to put on a .22lr SBR build. I've always been one that likes to have plenty of choices.

Just to easy to move my .22 can from one rig to another to justify buying another. I almost wouldn't have an issue buying another .22 can if I didn't have to send the ATF another $200 for it!
I have a 7.62sdn-6 that will be back from atf in January. It will move between a .223 and 300 blk.

I'm gonna hate having to have all my guns threaded once that ban is lifted...

It was tempting to go into the backyard, but we're in town and all I need is to get the new toys taken away. For now I will just have to be giddy until I can get to the range.

Wow, I'm jealous! Lucky!

Does are the sights slightly covered by the can? I've seen instances where you couldn't aim the handgun with the can on because the can was big and blocked the view.

With the 22LR cans you don't have that issue. It is an issue on most centerfire pistols when using a suppressor. The ways around it are laser grips, Doctor Optic or suppressor sights. Suppressor sights are just taller sights so you can see over the suppressor. A bit of a bummer, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

That's actually a 9mm suppressed sbr. The mag well adapter isn't in at this point. Eventually, the lower will get swapped out for a Ddles 9mm lower.

Built up a second SBR. This one in 5.56. Need to get a rail for it and low profile adjustable gas block to go under the rail. Black emod will be here in a couple days and suppressor should be to me in a couple weeks.

Why not is the first answer?

The second answer would be to make it hearing safe.

The third answer is that perhaps you really don't need one. But I could say that about a lot of things I own. Why did Rosa Parks need to sit in the front of the bus?

If you shot it inside it would still give your ears the ouchies It wouldn't blow your ears out like a 223 indoors but a mag would not feel good at all.

Also it is awesome
