That stopped me also. Great price though. If you order 300 shipping was $20.

I added it up and from .30ea to .39 with shipping (I bought two).
It's still half off what you can get it for. I really need to start feeding my starving Russian children that don't like the taste of corrosive.
I could always be nice and sell a bag to one of the many local MilSup
MN whore's here in Norcal.

I don't think I'm going to have to worry about finding this brass here in So. Cal for another million or so sales of rifles. Seems like every other trip someone has a new one with 20-40 shells on the ground

Thank you, bye bye, come again...

I've now started my once fired baggie cleaned sized trimmed and primed for the day my rotating stock dies a sloooow death.

Where are you finding reloadable brass 7.62 x 54 laying about?
I want to come shoot at that range

the link says 7.62x53R not 7.62x54R whats up with that?

"Using the 53R in a gun made for the 54R is however safe, although it may result in accuracy well below the weapon's potential."

...and by the time you get done doing that, you'll have wished you just spent the extra money to buy the correct brass.

53R is intended for Finnish Mosins but yes, this brass will work in 54Rs, and vice-versa.

Nice find. I plan on loading these soon. Getting too pricey to shoot factory brass ammo at ranges around here since I can't shoot surplus

this will be my jump into reloading.

My brass came in. These are nice - nice - nice. Good company to deal with, dont pass this up if you shoot this caliber

Got some x54r and x39 brass. Shipping may be on the high side but equals out if you get enough especially since its such a good deal

Cant wait to make match Lapua 7.62x39 loads to blast thru my beater Type 56

So glad i started compiling extra stuff before this BS started.
They'll get the brass from my cold dead hands before I join any ammo registry

Pfft!

I got mine too...

I have to say that unlike Winchester brass, this stuff looks pretty straight. Do we have to size this stuff, or was Lapua nice enough to do that for us?

You always have to size and trim new brass.

I got my orders in a few months ago, before everyone was posting it up everywhere... at one point they were selling 30-06 and 7.62X54r loaded ammo for $10 a box

Also got a few thousand Lapua scenar 155's for $140 per thousand:

Lapua is the only brass that I load and shoot out of the box. I fired 56 of my first 100 never fired pieces of 6.5x47mm at a match. They worked just fine.

The 30-06 was the real killer deal - you can't buy the brass for less than $1 per round and I ended up getting 2 loaded rounds for $1. Only bad part is now I have to go to the range and shoot it first before I can make some reloads...

And I thought that I scored a great deal.
Thanks Brian for making my buy look insignifiant!
