Default BCM Compensator

Anyone know when these are coming out, and would they be okay for featureless build? There are so many other compensators out there, but this one looks as conventional as an A2. The other designs are pretty goofy.

It was supposed to come out in November but never did. No new date has been announced yet as far as I know... waiting for one as well.

I don't know if it's okay for a featureless build, but the product description does mention it has flash hiding capabilities.

ETA: VLTOR also makes one that looks pretty similar, like a birdcage as well.

If the manufacturer highlights flash hiding capabilities and it has a birdcage-like design with an exit aperture notably larger that the projectile, it doesn't look promising for featureless.

People gave the BCM mixed reviews. No personal exp, but read a lot of "whatever" reviews online.

I think it was on here as a matter of fact, let me search.

Thanks guys. I am supposed to move back to Cali from overseas next August, and have a pile of pre-ban magazines that I want to use in something besides my RAW. I have a YHM Brake, but wanted something closer to a A2 Flashhider look for a 14.5" LMT upper that I have.

Here was a quick review I saw of it comparing to a Battlecomp and A2:

Just read on BCM's facebook page that "something big is coming tomorrow."

Was hoping it would be the compensator but then they released a "hint" that shows this image:

That just looks like the Geissele rail to me.

I like my BCM 2.0. had a JP Titan and although it worked great it was too long and side blast was horrible. The BCM 2.0 works well and is the same size as the A2, thus SureFire supressors fit.

The leaked video was very interesting. I'm very interested in the rifle features, but more curious as to the cost of the whole rifle...

Just saw the jack. Not bad. I want it, but not going to spend that kind of cheese. It's a beauty though and i am a bcm aficionado. Good stuff.

Let's get this thread back on topic, because I'd be interested in one of these BCM brakes if they were good to go for featureless rifles.

It's not GTG for featureless because bravo boasts "flash hiding" capabilities in their official ad and that makes it no go as a "comp" only.
