Default Shipping the firearm back to the seller.

If You buy a handgun (used) form another state (ON ROSTER) and wish to return it because You are not satisfied with the condition , DO YOU HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK TO SOME LOCAL TO THEM FFL OR CAN YOU SEND IT DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER.

It would need to be shipped to a FFL. There are some exemptions for shipping directly to the person, such as for repair or gunsmithing, but a transfer gone bad is not one of the exemptions.
