Default What gun are planning to purchase in 2013?

I have two Mosin's, one M39 Finn, one yugo 24/47, one .303 brit a polish M44 and a Steyr M95. I am planning (at the very least) a K31 and Nagant Pistol. There are many more I would like to get but my wallet won't let me.

So what are you planning to get in 2013?

One thing I lack is an accurate scoped rifle. Considering the Ruger American in 30-06. Would get .308 but I have thousands of rounds of 30-06 for my Garands and 1903's.

Yep....I'm a deal hunter, never know what's going to show up priced right in the local store or a website. Have always wanted an AK variant though. And I might need another M1 Garand or Carbine...

Maybe a Remington 870? This past year was very light in terms of spending. Everything seems to have suddenly gotten much more expensive as of late.

I need a shotgun, most lilely a Mossberg 500. A "distance" gun like a Rem 700 not sure what caliber yet. and another Glock a 22 Gen4 or 22c most likely.

I have been looking to get my hands on an 1895 Nagant, M24/47, Type 53, and an SKS. The Nagant I'm still looking for locally so I don't have to pay for shipping + FFL transfer fees. Since my C&R should hopefully get to me before the end of the year, I plan on picking up either the SKS or the M24/47 as soon as it arrives (haven't decided on which).

None. I think I'm done after this years purchases. But if I ended up with one, I wouldn't be surprised especially if it were an upgrade or replacement of something I already own.

Yeah... I'm waiting for the wife to open the safe one day and have a "WHATDA-F" moment. Funny thing is I have another safe at the office warehouse (perks of having your own business).

After every gun purchase I tell myself that my collection is complete. Then I find some sale or deal - I'm such a girl.

Definitely a Remington 870 (to complete my "must-have" list).
Then there's the "Wanna-have" list...

Since I went a bit nutts this year, 2013 will be a bit more restrictive....I hope. +100 on stripped lowers, I don't trust He Who Must Not Be Named and it's a good idea to have some extras. As for C&Rs, my biggest wish is to find a nice C96 Broomhandle and a legit WWII Mauser. That's probably gonna be it for next year (working a deal for December on a nice Hakim but that doesn't count!)

She can't figure out why I need more than one gun. I guess it's only fair since I can't figure out why she needs more than one bra.

The good thing is haven't gotten caught since. Just have to be careful about the process. She's seen every single one of them. They all look the same to her. Another rifle... steel and wood.

That worked for me until my wife decided that she wanted to start shooting matches with me...now she knows what is what and I can't sneak anything past her. She can even tell a Swiss K-31 from a K-1911 and a Model 1917 from an 03A3. Good news is she finds stuff for me to buy now...

CZ82
Nagant revolver
M39
Garand
K31
Some sort of shotgun that's left friendly (maybe Ithaca 37)
AR-15 (or at the very least, a lower)

That's about it for the things I really plan on. The first two I'm actually going to order this month and pick up in reno when I go up there in January. The only other priority buy is garand.

Probably another AR lower, and a 30-06 bolt gun. I bought one almost every month this year, so its time to cool down.
