PM me with the details, when it was built, your name and contact info. If I built that gun i'll fix it. If I didn't i'll see what I can do anyway.

I stand behind my work and even though I have nothing to do with Valkyrie anymore, i'll try to help fix any problems with my guns should any arise.

Wrong address to get your guns that VA was working on (there are no guns being worked on in Santa Clara)

Here is the correct address
1751 Houret Ct,
Milpitas, CA.
Call them at (408) 957-0600

I don't know if anyone is there but as someone on here said, they pounded on the door and got lucky

I had an appointment for 1:30. Showed up at 1:30 and leviathan627 was still waiting outside. I gave up at 4:00. 4 of us (12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30 appointments) were standing outside at one point waiting for Paul to show up.

If you made a purchase with a credit card, I suggest you go straight through them and not waste any time like I and everyone else did.

If you have property still tied up inside the shop, good luck. This boat is going under and it's going under fast, so I hope you get your stuff back.

Anyone out money or property contact the DA's office about all this?
Might be an idea. Certainly couldn't hurt. I've been following this and it's still not passing the smell test. Some of the players aren't passing the smell test. A few are kept happy, they post it and keeps the rest of the barbarians at the gates, in hope.
I dunno. If they wanted or could fix it, they've had plenty of time to do it. C'mon.

Wow. I was hanging out with you the other time you were out there. Now 3 other customers waiting with you this time. Cot damn. I thought 2 hours was bad. The stench coming out of Valkyrie or 10-8 or whatever the hell else its called continues to get worse. This luck of the draw sh*t when coming in to do refunds needs to change. The owner should hire another person just to do refunds. Its obvious the amount of work is way over their heads right now.

Wouldn't it be better to setup a group appointment with that local Santa Clara county DA office and all the folks who has money or gun pending at VA file the report? This probably will have a more powerful impact for the DA to take immediate action (??) than just individual filing report separately at separate time and get lost in the shuffle as low priority for the PD. Just a thought.

I had no reason to doubt that Valkyrie would deliver what I ordered based on my previous business with them. I've spent thousands there, and have had things on order come in, within a reasonable time. I've had a friend transfer a disassembled gun there from out of state, and when he asked about which parts he would need to make it ca legal, the guys threw in a free stock lock and bullet button. At no point was there ever doubt in my mind that the shop and the people that worked at their old Milpitas location were stand-up guys. I wasn't aware there was a merger or buy-out when they moved to their new location, I just figured it was the same old shop that ran out of room in their tiny shop and had to expand at a new location, so I went ahead and placed an order on good faith. Is it wrong to trust a business based on your history of dealing with them?

This. Nobody had to stand in the rain and get pissed off on Monday if there was better communication.
My problem is not with Chris or Paul doing what they can. I understand **** happens and everyone has an off day. However, it's the owner that needs to run things (show up at the shop, notify people with appointments, etc.) if his one employee can't make it in. The big question is: Why is the owner hiding while Paul has to do all the dirty work?

Just processed my return with Paul today. No appointment just showed up and honestly Paul is a good guy. He's really just cleaning up the owners mess who is probably long gone and hiding at this point due to his dishonest and illegal business practices.

I'm really pissed that I only happened to find out about this today because I was making my monthly call to check on my order status.

I'm hoping the refund clears quickly enough and I'll be moving on lesson learned on my part. I hope everyone else out there gets there money or merchandise back. I'm concerned that there are other customers waiting on a long back order that don't even know the store is closed. I have been off this site for a couple months so this didn't even hit my radar. Hopefully someone at Valkyrie can track down the open orders to inform the customers.

Sorry, I just heard about Valkyrie, and just found this thread, so I'm not entirely up to speed.

I had put an order in for a couple of lowers back in October. I was expecting it to take a bit, so I haven't been in contact with anyone there, but now that I see they're closed, and you are processing refunds I'm curious if I can get in on that as well?

I believe I have my receipt at home, but I'll double check tonight.

In any event, I'm done with that store. What a chicken***** way to run a business. I was in there about a month ago checking on the order, and no mention of any issues.

Paul's doing a great job cleaning up after them.

Bob,

Iíve been busy at work so I never got around to updating my post. My refund did indeed post to my account on Dec. 19th, which is 7 business days from the date it was processed.

All repairs were handled at the Milpitas location which was all Tim Vella you might need to pursue legal action but the repairs were seperate from the Santa Clara location

I got dandan3000 squared away on Sunday. Looks like whoever built his gun didn't know that head spacing is kind of important. The scope was hammered onto the rail and it took both of us, a hammer and brass punch to get it off.

I have nothing to do with Valkyrie Arms and haven't for months.
If there are any mechanical problems with the guns I built, let me know and i'll do what I can to fix it.

Default Soooo lucky

Wow!!!!! Guess I was one of the lucky ones that ordered my PPQ, Savage FCP model 10, and 590A1 online and just used VA as a FFL. Picked up my gun/rifle/shotgun on the 19th of November. Right before they shut down. Was going to order a 1911 and use them as my FFL again before the new year. When I called them to confirm if they would receive the 1911, I heard the VM(about the refunds). So I decided to drop by and check them out for myself. When I drove by I saw two guy pounding on the window like debt collectors. I knew something had happen. Sure enough I find something on cal guns.
Had only one bad experience with them. Ever since then, Iíve only used them for SSE (off roster pistol). They were very good at that. Sad to see another titan fall. Just my 2 cent below. Not trying to bad mouth anyone.

Iíve always found it strange to pay the full amount of a firearm that was not in stock. Also the 25% restocking fee if you canceled the order? They donít even have it in stock, what are you going to restock? So if you place the order you automatically lose 25%. What if they never order the firearm. Youíll never know, cause theyíll tell you itís not in stock yet.
I mean if you deal with other FFL they would never ask for the full amount up front. For example: MDT (Metal Dog Tactical) I wanted to order the Flat dark earth gen 4 Glock 19, they didnít have it in stock. Told me to leave my name and phone number and they will notify me when back in stock and when they place the order I would have to leave a deposit via phone or come in which ever, when the pistol came in I had to pay the rest.
So who else around the area can do SSE? I want to order a 1911. Looking for a Ed Brown or a S&W E-Series. Which I will order from Grab A Gun , if the local FFL canít get it within a month
