Default General update on stock and shipping 1/29

Hey everyone,

Once again we'd like to thank you all for being patient with us. Riflegear customers are the reason why we do what we do.

SHIPPING:
At the moment, we are catching up and it looks like we are almost at a shipping time of within a few days on all in-stock items. This includes orders for accessories or firearms. Please remember that when ordering a firearm to be shipped to your local dealer, we must have their information as well. Be sure to put their information in the "Ship to" section of checkout and contact your dealer BEFORE purchasing to ensure they are willing to receive it on your behalf.

STOCK:
We do have a self-updating inventory system and it does work. Next to the "in stock" tag on each product page you will see an update time. It does not serve you to call us to verify if something is in stock before ordering the item. In the time it takes to contact us, someone else may be buying up what is left.

We do not have any updates on the arrival of any firearms or parts at the moment. The frenzy has made it difficult for even manufacturers to flesh out their schedules and notify dealers when and how many of any item they will be receiving. Please utilize the stock notification system on each product page. We have been receiving a high volume of calls from folks wanting to know when ARs will be back in stock. I'm afraid we just do not know at this time.

BACKORDERS:
If you have an existing backorder, please know that we are working hard to fulfill those orders as soon as possible. Your spot in line is saved.

For those wishing to place a backorder, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any backorders at this time. The overwhelming demand has made tracking new backorders impossible at the moment. We will update you when our backorder system is up again.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Because of the current situation, we cannot take any special orders at this time. Most, if not all, distributors and manufacturers are backlogged and sold out. We will update you when special ordering is available again.


As always, the website at Riflegear.com is your best source of basic information. Our physical location, store hours, firearms purchase procedure, availability, product offerings, etc are all detailed on the website and can be accessed at any time. We ask that you refrain from calling if your questions can be answered on the website. Our resources are currently directed towards solving order issues and obtaining stock.
