As friendly and nice as customer service is, they probably won't. I initially ordered mine online and forgot to put the 10% coupon code in. I called in on BF (waited approx 15 mins) and spoke to a very nice rep but he said he couldn't because the item was already BF discounted. I told him I tried adding the safe to the cart again WITH the 10% coupon and it took but he still insisted that the coupon code would cancel at checkout. After a few minutes of trying to convince the guy, I said I'd like to cancel the order. Because it was a in-store pickup, he said he'd have to call the store to cancel but since it's BF, I'd be on hold for a while. I said I would just go to the store to process the return. Anyways, call ended, I placed a second order with 10% code and went to store, returned first order and picked up second order. Kind of a pain in the butt administratively but it would've been simpler if he had just credited me the 10%...
