Yeah no kidding. I still remember that ammo panic buying 4-5 years ago bec of all this damn retards thinking ammo is gonna run out. All you guys doing is raising the prices of guns. Just look at Arsenal AKs they about 750 bucks less than a year ago but now they're all the way upto 1200 to 1400... Craziness.

I won't even take a guess at gun rights issues for the next 4 years, but I will say, it's looking like the House will stay Republican, and since something like the Fed AWB needs both the house and senate, I doubt very much it will not get through. I think there will be too much resistance, and way to any lawsuits for this to be a priority.

When Carter was prez, I remember getting my $6.00/month raise!! Then Reagan came, my pay went up ~33% PLUS bonuses!! My monthly bonuses alone were $350.00 / month!!

Most likely. It'll be interesting and nerve racking to see what the next 4 years brings. I'm sure it'll be worse....

Mittens didn't exactly have a 2a friendly background either. Just because he says things now doesn't mean they'll stay the same. He wasn't exactly consistent with his "beliefs".

Ha.....please tell me your in the military. There is a huge difference between a republican in office to a democrat. When our current president took charge FOO funds went down the drain. It went from being able to sign out what every you needed or request to accomplish mission to having a "dream sheet" that would be submitted right before fiscal year with only minimal funds. Oh yea and not to mention being worried about our pay being stopped again!

Say hello to another year on Continuing Resolution Authority without a proper military budget.

I used to be a finance troop in the AF,and as such my advice to people still in is to save every military bonus and COLA dollar they get -it may not be there tomorrow.

I agree. However never underestimate ANY politician making an about face when heat is applied by his/her constituents. Heat? As in a few more theatre or college dorm mass shootings in a short time period. And this is well within the realm of possibility, especially if you ad the false-flag factor in. Fast & Furious proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that this administration will go to ANY length to roll its anti-gun agenda onto the America public.

Considering Obama's vast knowledge of international economics, the G fund may in fact be the riskiest one.

More people will end up selling guns to make ends meet than would end up being confiscated in the long run. I believe this has always been the general plan for some time now. You ban the major stuff, and let attrition take care of the rest, when the time comes there will not be enough firearms in private ownership to present much difficulty in confiscation.

You'll see.

Oh and those nuts who decide to "molon labe" and instead of selling their guns they'll just use them on folks in theaters and malls and such, well that's good for the agenda too, it will create more public opinion that guns should be more heavily restricted. Ask not what your country can do for you, ask how you can die to further the agenda the people who really run the country have.

He may be your commander in Chief, but your loyalty is to the US Constitution, not the President. Especially when he violates the supreme law of the land.

Sounds exactly like the rhetoric of 4 years ago and what happened? We got expanded firearms access in National Parks, but if you listened to the intergalactic freakout within the community you'd think the election of Obama meant LMTVs rolling up to your door and confiscating all of your firearms.

Take a deep breath and calm the **** down.

Yes, there has been talk about another AW ban, and even if that goes through, it's not the end of the world. It wasn't in 1994 and it won't be in the next 4 years. Yes, we should push back and fight any new restrictions, but every time we freakout like this and scream about the sky falling, the more we just feed the stereotype of paranoid gun nuts and the less we are taken seriously as a political force.

Stay calm, return fire.

I agree, let's not turn this channel into another Off Topic. People in that channel are smearing feces all over themselves and looking for the nearest padded room.

Everyone who joined the military did, but the nation electing a Democrat doesn't mean they should automatically take up arms against him.

Please people - get educated on the facts, you sound ignorant. Raving about something that will likely never happen and even if it did, wouldn't affect us in CA anyway.
Can you OWN an AW in CA now? (NO!) So what if the Feds ban them like they did in 94
Can you buy HI Caps in CA now? (NO!) So what if the Feds ban them.

Can the Feds pass an AW bill in Congress w/ the Republicans owning the House? NO. Stop it.

Please please read and learn before spouting nonsense.

Yeah, I remember too! Made the difference between below poverty level to above it as an E-6 with a wife and two kids.

Thanks you Uncle Ronny
