My parts kit finally showed up in the mail today! YAY!... Turned out to be the wrong kit! AWWW! the invoice says 7.62 and I got a 5.45. excellent wood though. Gonna be calling ak builder tomorrow, and ask to switch for the 7.62, and hopefully, they'll at least cover shipping costs to fix this. Since everything else, the mags, flats are all for 7.62 and the 7.62 kits is more expensive. On another note, I went to Turners Rancho Cucamonga, and put an early model Type 56 SKS in jail today. Shiny bore and blade bayonet on a Chicom. I didn't check but probably milled reciever too. They still got two more for $270 ish. Works to about $320 OTD

Ahhh make it december already! I keep laying my parts out on the floor to see what it will look like finished. On a more positive note, I already upgraded some stuff, so if anyone still needs a US made slant brake or Tapco traditional pistol grip, ill be attending Saturday.

Free if youre going to use em on one of the build days. Otherwise id like to get a lil bit of cash for em. I mean they only cost 22 total, so maybe like 15.

I thought I would use them on one of the builds. It will help take care of some of the 922r stuff and free works with my money roadblock. But if ur looking to sell them I can understand.
I could offer my Romy parts of those items in trade but that's all I have right now being pretty new to the building them thing.

Hi guys.

Sorry about the late post.

No excuses but, I was extremely busy with some CGN related stuff.

Please allow me a day or so to catch up with all your PMs (since I'm back to normal....but again, what's normal....LOL.) if you would.

Best regards.

Lonewolf.

Refinish it now! It keeps the trembling and restlessness at bay and prevents relapse.

No welding would be involved...unless you drill the holes way off. But we have faith that it won't occur.
