Default Palmetto State Armory 9mm ammo

So I ordered some 9mm ammo from Palmetto State Armory that was on special. I finally receive it a couple week after I ordered it. I open the first box and 4 rds are way too short and 2 rds are too long. I open the next box and the same thing. The next 3 boxes seem to have rd that are too long even with my naked eye. Sure wish I had a caliper in FL. This ammo is not safe to shoot and im not measuring 500 rds. So I contacted PSA and we'll see what they say......

I have a private outdoor range rented for the day and now this is gonna cost a lot more money to have to buy ammo from the range for 14-15 a box. I sure hope PSA will take care of this in a VERY satisfactory manner.

I wouldnt shoot them either. Thats very weird that a company would even ship out ammo like that.

It's Independence 9mm 115gr made by Federal. PSA told me to contact the manufacturer, which is BS. So we'll see how PSA wants to handle this.... I'll keep everyone posted.

It's also posted on PSA's vendor sub forum

Seriously? PSA is cool and you probably got free shipping on cheap ammo.

It wont take a second to eyeball your ammo as you load mags. Give away the 'bad' ammo.

You might get some misfeeds with your cheapo ammo. So what. Its a chance to practice a ftf drill, tap rack boom.

Your gun isn't made out of glass, it'll be fine.

You act like there was a scorpion in the box.

Giveaway the bad ammo? So give away ammo that might blow up the next guys gun? Good thinking

Wait so just because a company is "cool" means they can get away with shipping bad ammo?

If you have a Harbor Freight nearby then stop off there and pickup a set of digital calipers. I've gotten some for around $10 bucks with coupon.

It's good you spotted this stuff though. I could imagine most would just load it up and cycle it through the gun.

Great, now I have to check my ammo. I got about 400 rounds of independence left. I do a visual on it when I load it. Now I gotta compare and make sure the COAL is GTG...
