Default Review of Nikon P22 scope

Let me start with I returned this scope.

Failure items.

BDC turret FAILS to even come close to tracking bullet its made for.
Scope glass has a hazy look when viewing target, its minor but its there and irritating.
1/4MOA turrets are NOT 1/2moa(at 100yds). I moved one click and the bullet impact moved 3 inches at 100 yards. I mean REALLY??? 3 flippen inches?
Turret was supposed to track a 1100-1200fps bullet and has come ups of 50-75-100-125yds. None of them BDC marks were even close to bullet impact.

I bough one a few weeks for my 10/22. Its damn accurate for me. For for 200$ after tax it's almost the same price as my 10/22.

Try moving the turrets to the designated yardage and see what happens.

PC, I have no doubt you had an issue with the elevation turret on your P-22 Nikoplex. Apparently there were some issues with some turret's and we will be issuing new ones for anyone who is having a problem. All you have to do is call Nikon Customer Service. The new turret will not be ready to ship for 2-3 weeks I have been informed. All you'll have to do is give CS the serial # of your scope and a new turret will be on the way. So sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheap stuff breaks.

But I have also had the above 3 work fine. Its just poor QC from companies lately.

It got returned a week ago. I had no idea there were good and bad turrets. I did not want to get stuck with it going in for repairs so I returned it. Besides it had a milky look and was not clear and crisp once I got it out on the range. You could not see the bullet holes.
