Default Amazon shop42a.com option?

hey guys, how do I know if the purchase is applied towards calguns credit? when i go to the site that redirects me to amazon, its just plain and when i search, browse, add to cart - it makes no mention of the calguns.

also, i've been buying from amazon for a while now, is there a way to get credit for past purchase?

The website doesn't look any different when you go there through the link, however if you look in the url when you first arrive at the site it will have "calgunfounda" somewhere in it. Once you navigate away from the home page that will no longer appear in the url but as long as you dont leave amazon it will attribute the purchase to the foundation.

They wont go back and give credit for previous purchases. That money has already gone to amazon or whatever other seller you purchased from.

Look at the URL field when you use the shop42a link:
"http://www.amazon.com/?_encoding=UTF8&tag=calgunfounda-20&linkCode=ur2 etc"

The sales software remembers.

So far as I'm aware, no way to get any use from prior purchases.

Just use the link. Calguns will get their cut. No, you won't see any mention of Calguns other than something in the URL when you first get to Amazon.

My initial answer is no, but I'm not entirely clear what the question is. Are you asking if Calguns can get money from your past purchases? No, they can't.

Here's my questions.

Can I get CGF credit for Kindle purchases?

I also use Amazon instant video to download from my tv, can I get credit for CGF for those?

It should work for anything that you purchase from amazon.

Maybe? I've been trying to figure this out for my kindle purchases as well (I've been on a reading tear...) That said, I kind of doubt whether you can make that happen unless you hit the shop42a.com link and then buy your content using a web browser.

However, we're doing very well with folks buying from Amazon traditionally.
