Default So STOKED to have finally finished my first AR!!!

So just yesterday, I received the last couple pieces I needed to complete my very first AR-15 build. New to the AR world, but this newly finished piece gets to join the other toys in my collection.

I took maybe 3 months to finally finish it, and a majority of the time was spent searching and waiting for those hard to find pieces (BCG, LPK, handguard, etc.). Either way, I've got most everything I need already in. Still waiting for the bipod and AFG2 to come any day now.

This build is nothing crazy or too out of the ordinary, but I put her together exactly how I wanted her

A Spikes fan. I like it. I love my ACS. You will enjoy yours also. Give us a range report once you break her in.

Nice assembly. How did you determine it's gender?

May I say, you have good taste.

How much do you have into her, if you don't mind

Congrats! Nice build! Is your scope mount backwards? That's a foward offset mount, and your eye relief is too far back

Thanks for the comments everyone! All my guns are girls lol

And the mount isn't backwards. They were designed to be configured any way you want (forward, backward, or combination of both). This is just what seemed to work best for me. I have the stock pulled a bit further back when I shoulder the weapon, so the relief is perfect for me the way it's set up.

However, I started with the mounts facing forward and it looked way cooler. The relief just wasn't as good for me as the way I have it now though.
