I'll throw a tentative "I'm in" out there. Physical inventory is end of April so I'll have to play it by ear until the last minute. This is a family friendly event right?

One guy would be 10 feet behind where the line should have been and 2 spots over would set up 10 feet in front of the projected line. Anderw and a couple of other RO's came over to straighten it out and a couple people were not real happy about having to move.

Lets please add at the top of the thread that forbids any public posting of the dir==ect::ions... So the trash can be kept to minimum... Was there this last saturday and although we didnt shoot at the exact site ( atvrs were camped too close) i drove up to it and it was real clean. The next two ravines not so much but not too bad either..with three people in a jeep wrangler i cudnt take out much more than i brought...

I hope to be able to make it. Might bring my quad to help with the distance set up, if so can haul some trash out on the trailer. Can we recommend people with tents/easy ups bring weights to hold them down? Last time some were getting blown around.

I'm sure they'd be less happy about being perforated. I know if I was going to set up, I'd look for a firing line and try to match it as much as possible so I'm not in front of the guns in the next tent.

My group was the one asked to move and we did with no objection. Safety is and was priority for me and those who acompanied me so I was not upset in the least bit. We arrived and set up in alignment with the guys to our left but the group to our right were more forward. Once the line was drawn it was noticed that we were (+/-) 10' behind it so we moved. Maybe the look of lack-of sleep on my face was misconstrued for the look of displeasure.

- Just a thought...with the three ravines right there... maybe rifle range at the main spot, pistol range at the second and short run and gun at the third ravine?...might breakup the overload at the first spot...The third ravine would be great for a cable and pulley arrangement if someone would have one...all are facing the same direction...just thinking out loud...

Wanna test a couple to see what a 50BMG will do to them? I could load up some Amax, turned solids and surplus AP rounds if I have enough advance notice.

I don't have a Barrett so, I should actually be able to hit a watermelon at 100 yards.

Of course it is..!!!!!!

You can bring your entire family to this event and enjoy our hobby along with hundreds of law abiding gun owners in our state.

You'll be amazed about the vast array of friendly, safe and responsible people attending this kind of shoots.

Do you have new shooters or people looking to get into the sport?.....Bring em.

Believe me, this is one of those rare opportunities to see a great number of different gun platforms and at the same time interact with highly experienced shooters.......

Please, stay tuned.

PS. And start thinking about your next ammo buy, somehow I have the hunch that it's going to be a little bit bigger than planned.......

HECK YEAH I AM IN (assuming work does not conflict) . Been waiting for this one. Went last time but ran out of ammo and $$ so this time it gives me plenty of time to start saving both. Oh and Ill be staying the night. I was not doing good driving back the last time and had to pull over and get some zzzZZZ before I continued my trip home.

I asked Chuck0Matic about the shirts, and he said that he would love to do the shirts, BUT will probably require payment before hand, as last time, he was left with about 8 or 9 extra shirts that people had said they wanted. I think he was charging 10-12 bucks a shirt....that's a loss of $100 bucks or so.
He said he will post some designs up for you guys to pick.

I still want two shirts from last year, and if he has a medium from then, I'll grab it as well. I would have ordered them in advance if I knew I was going but work is random. I know about setting up and can pay him for his time n materials.
