The shooting rates seem to be a bit high..

$18 for 1 shooter or $25 for 2 shooters (1 lane). I'm a bit turned off by the high fees. $18 can get me enough gas to drive out past Indio and back.

What distance?

Seems like $18 is pretty standard for the indoor ranges.

I haven't been to an indoor range in years. I guess my prices are outdated.

You would have to ask the owner about that one

At 18 per hour, it's kinda spendy. As a reference iron sights in oceanside is around 12 for as long as you want in a lane. It's his business, so he can do as he wishes. It will hurt sales though. Nice to see a new business though.

$15-18 per hour seems to be the going rate for indoor ranges, at least in the LA area.

Good to see another range popup. Too bad it's FAR for me.

I was able to swing by today for their soft opening. I spoke with Tracy, Casey's wife, and she was very kind and helpful. I told them I heard about their place from Calguns and wanted to take some photos. Casey took me around the place and was a very gracious host. I live five minutes from the area and it's great to have an indoor place local in Beaumont.

Thank you Eat Dirt. I figure to post some pics to those who are interested. Also, I wanted to mention they have cameras in the parking lot, both bays, and the main sales floor. I'm not affiliated with the range either.

Great pics and great range. Spent some time there today. It's walking distance from my home. I'm new to the Firearm scene and Casey made me feel real comfortable. The place looks great. I've been from The I.E. to L.A. to San Diego. $18 is not out of the question. My targets were included today as well. Not sure if that's an everyday thing but that's usually a couple more bucks anyway so it worked out well.

Dont know how I feel about their brass policy being a handloader. I will probably go and shoot there just to check it out.

I've been waiting for this place to open. I live in Moreno Valley and have been wanting another place to shoot. I do mostly indoors because I only have 1 rifle and my truck isn't BLM road friendly lol. I think I'll have to check it out this weekend.

Ya, I would not like it if I had to leave some of my favorite brass there. You would think they would let you pick up your own though.

What are "California compliant" firearms? Does this mean Rostered firearms only?

I would take it as what is legal to posess here, like if your AR is not featureless make sure it has a bullet button or your newer model pistol has only a 10 round mag.... etc.

Went today and took the kids. Nice and clean. Cool even though Beaumont is hot as H#^%. The targets work great (like new), plenty of light. Did I mention it was nice and cool inside? I don't know of other places around here that let you shoot your .223. Only downfall I see is that the product area is small and that makes products limited. However, Casey will order you anything your looking for.

And as far as Indio goes..............well, it is well over 100 degree's today. Screw that.

I'm down. Funny, when I first met Casey he didn't know what Calguns was. Yesterday when I went in he was showing me their business card and trying to tell me about it. Both are really nice people. And both will chit-chat. Also, and I don't want to spill the beans on things of which I don't know, he actually has plans for events (ie...poker night with guns) and others.

Anyway, it would show good support from our local calgunners.
