Your going to India and/or have family in India?
If that is so any paraphernalia associated with English guns ,tools, cases, molds, etc. Watermarked daggers and knives but you may need permits or a wad of money or both to get them out.

Knives or bayonets may be a problem. As I understand it there are regional differences in what can be transported.

Be very careful and research the import/export laws. You wouldn't want to get someone into trouble.

Honestly, I would not ask them to bring anything back. If they are there on vacation, they won't like to have that task of hunting around for the stuff you wanted rather than enjoying themselves.

I know a few times people have asked me "Oh great! Can you bring me back XYZ" then a bunch of time is wasted on MY vacation looking for stupid crap.

I know the ITAR regulations can be very complicated. Some very fast computer chips are ITAR restricted. In my work, even a piece of paper (with information on it) could be ITAR restricted. (If not classified to a much higher level)
