Default Best price on Mossberg 930 SPX?

Who has the best price on the Mossberg 930 SPX (non-pistol grip stock model) in the I.E.? I'm planning on purchasing one either tomorrow or Sunday, but would like to skip all the calling and driving around if possible. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I payed $760+ tax/dros for mine, part number 85370, which does have the pistol grip. You here guys saying that they bought theirs for under $600, that must of been a couple of years ago or something.

Just last year, 2011. Turners had the SPX on several of its weekly sales flyers for 599.99.

Just paid $589 + cash discount of -$17 so a total of $572 from Parralax Tactical about a month ago, and they had one in stock last week. Joe and his team are top notch. Probably the best prices in San Diego.

Good luck.

The shootist in Murrieta has them for $609 this weekend. Just bought it a few hours ago. The non-pistol grip one with 18.5 barrel and 7+1 capacity. They are having a big sale this weekend. I got free DROS, free hat, free shirt, and a few other free goodies. You also get a raffle ticket for every $100 you spend. I spent about $715 with the gun and some ammo and tax, they gave me 8 raffle tickets. There are like 5 or 6 guns you can win with these tickets. Raffle is on wednesday. Very cool people and great selection. Prices on their ad guns are very competitive from what I've seen.

This is the stuff they gave me. They seemed pretty generous so I don't know how long this will last.

Nice guns. I almost bought one once. Still might. Haven't priced 'em in a long time though. Let us know what you get and how you like it.

Yes, $572 + tax +DROS. Still the best price bar far I've seen, Turners on sale is $610 I believe. Gun show price today was $660. Parralax has it listed on their website now for $599. Go in person and pay cash and they give you a slight discount. Great store, great prices. No hassle.

Again, the pistol grip models are more money than the regular SPX. I think you guys are talking about #85360, which runs roughly $90 less than the more expensive #85370 that has the pistol grip.#85360 list is $734, #85370 is $824, all together there is eight different versions of the SPX ranging from $572 to $824.

Seems like you guys in Socal get pretty good pricing on stuff from so much competition down there. Further north, it's a little different. Trying to buy something online from a dealer and having it shipped in to a local dealer is a waste of time, after they charge their handling fee.

It would make the most sense to me that if someone posts up what they paid for their SPX, also posting up the model number would really help give a better idea on actual pricing comparison.

My model was the non pistol grip version, the regular pistol grip from Parrallax was $660, subtract the cash discount 3% 19.8 you get the pistol version for 640.00. Then you have to add tax and DROS. gunsarefun you paid about $100 more than what we pay here in SoCal, probably because of so much competition here like you mentioned. Also had another gun store say they could match Parrallax's price. Turners has sales on the SPX regular version for $599 all the time, pistol grip is about $60 more.

Those are the best prices I have found, and I looked for 6 months.

Yeah I been looking for this model #85370 is $824 with the RED DOT front sight. I saw Turners last week had a sale on them but not the model I was looking for and with the sale price still seemed very high so I been looking for this model #85370. Anyone where I can find one nearby LA/OC areas..
Also has anyone off Calguns had a problem with this model? Is there any other shotguns out there that come set all dialed in "Tactical with grips etc..?

I assume you are just referring to the red sight marker on the front sight? I had to order mine in, no local dealers had one in stock.

I have put about 100 rounds through mine so far and am super happy with it. It's a fun, fast cycling, well balanced gun that is a blast to shoot.
