Default Any cheap deals on 9mm ammo?

Just got a new Glock 19. Never owned a 9mm before. Where do you guys buy ammo in the South Bay. I live in Torrance. Looking for some good deals.

I buy alot of my ammo at Walmart. Its about $11 for a box of 50. You can also check WWW.gunbroker.com for bulk ammo deals.

I do not live near you but for cheap ammo it's the same every wear. You got Walmart, gun shows, on this forum bullet_man911(i believe he is not that far from you), http://gun-deals.com/ammo, freedomammunition.com. There are more that I can't remember. Do a search on this forum. Hope this helps.

I've all but given up on going to Walmart. Selection is spotty at best and there's that pesky sales tax that nullifies any decent deal you might see there. Not to mention, you have to actually navigate the store.

For spotty selection at Walmart, just ask.when they receive their deliveries. And be the first one there. Then buy them out :-)

+1 for gun-deals and Jack Ross. I talked to Chris at Jack Ross last night and he thinks he should be caught up in about 10 days and will have more 9mm for sale at $159/1000rds. Until then anyone that needs some might check out Freedom Munitions as suggested. They have 9mm 115gr reman. for $155/1000rds and if you use coupon code Chet-1 it gives you an additional 3% off. That works for any ammo on the site actually and when you check out remember to click the "more carriers" drop down to see if there's a cheaper shipping option. http://www.freedommunitions.com/9mm-...-p/b9r115r.htm

Reloading your own ammo is the cheapest route. If not, buy bulk ammo online because it can be cheaper than buying ammo from Walmart.
