They had low prices when everyone else had high prices, thus not getting as much as they could have. If their prices continue to rise and everyone else continues to lower their prices, they will have more and more unempty shelves.

Default Federal 9mm 100 round value pack

Can anyone tell me how much the Federal 9mm 100 round value packs cost at WalMart these days (when they are in stock of course)?

I wonder if Walmart would do price matching on any ammo they sell that we find online cheaper. I know they advertise that they will, but not sure if that would apply to ammo.

They had all that 5.56 yesterday. People are becoming less willing to pay these higher prices.

Its not cheap at Walmart anymore .10 a round for .22 per tax, $20 for 9 $23 for .40 and $25 a box for .45 post tax.
I have been buying on cal guns and trading for around $20 for 50 rounds of .40 &.45 & .223/5.56 and .22 for .08 a round for good stuff.
Just need a little patience the range isn't going anywhere.
Or buy half cases online to save a little

That's assuming buyers are savvy enough to know where to find lower prices, and at qtys they can afford. Online has best prices if you're buying in qty to spread the shipping charges across, but I'd guess a good portion of the "Walmart only" buyers are there b/c they would prefer to drop the coin on just a few boxes at a time. For those buyers, Walmart is still cheaper than most every LGS and ranges' pricing, and also cheaper than getting 200 rounds of whatever shipped to you from the online retailers.

check out sgammo.com who seems to have a few different options of 7.62x39 (200, 1K, etc)

Nothing new at Milpitas today. The cabinet looks almost identical to the picture posted above.

It's not.

Flippers in the marketplace are beating Walmart prices.

Maybe this slowdown in posts could mean the ammo craze is cooling off? I'm starting to notice more supplies in stock these days.
