Are they finished chambered? Would they work on a Yugo M24/47?

Don't know about the finish chambering but the 24/47 and the 48 are the same thing so yes they will interchange. I bought one and will check it out when it arrives. However if you need one in a hurry I have a take off M48 barrel in great shape that I'd be happy to sell.

I picked one up too. Hoping to piece together a bubba M48 for next year's elk season. Just looking for either a barreled receiver or a beat up M48 to use for a donor receiver.

I've heard that a SKS barrel + old Bubba'd Carcano action = fun shooter.
