Default I finally got an Enfield #4

Got a referral from a friend on a MK 4 & couldn't resist. I have a SMLE, but wanted a "shooter" with an aperature sight. I'm very pleased. Unusual Serial number. Made by Fazzetti or something like that...

Jessica decided she was going to be too busy when school starts next week. & she will be. She knows I did not want another pup. So we are doggy foster parents till Saturday. "Peanut" will be going to Big103's Sister. She has a dog who lost its Chihuahua companion dog & is depressed. They have met & everyone loves Peanut, so Peanut will get a permanent home this weekend. So it's all good!

Congrats!

Have you shot it yet?

BTW-If you need ammo there's a gun show at the cow palace in SF.

You have done right, Bruce.

I am proud.

Pretty soon the nicer sights will start growing on you over the SMLE's.

PS---if you have your rear micrometer sight at the lowest setting (200), it should be dead-on!.

Nice looking gun. I might get into Enfields if this Mosin bug ever lets up.

They're worth it.

I should probably have an Enfield in my sig pic by now. As much as I love the Mosin, I seem to be thinking about Enfields more and more.

Try a mad minute sometime, although it is costly. Operate bolt with thumb and forefinger, pull trigger with middle finger.

Yes, Both Flyin Brian & I shot it at Sac Valley, after last weeks Military Sihlouette Match. The front sight needs adjustment. Have to make a simple tool & then reload some ammo. It was fun!

The Match was real fun too!

I hate that I never ran into MJ1 all the times I used to shoot there. (That used to me by "home" range).

That's nice shooting MJ1!

Enfields are definately fun to shoot. A little different "flavor" in the C&R world. One must try them all, variety, afterall, is the spice of life.

Except in marriage. Doesn't work to hot there!
