Default And this completed LR-308

Dustin assembled my upper for me too after doing the lapping and polishing and stuff.

So my gratitude goes out to Dustin for hooking me up with exactly what I wanted. Thank You Dustin!!!!

NoFail that is a great looking rifle.

Glad to see the lapping tool appears to be working out.

I say that because I machined the lapping tool.

Edit* The last two pictures did not show up last time, looks great with the optics and bi-pod.

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to say thanks to Dustin for a great shopping experience today!!!! I took my new upper into Reed's Indoor shooting range where my lower is until my 10 day waiting period. The fit was super snug and the salesman was impressed with the quality of the upper. I left the gun intact at the range and will pick them up next week. Photos to come after I pick it up. Thanks again!

Default AR15 buikd and thanks

Wanted to say a very big Thank you to Dustin and Reed's indoor range to complete my AR15 project. After purchasing a cmmg lower for another Calgunner, I found the CIV website and sent an sent an email to Dustin. We spoke over the phone about what I was looking for in my first AR and came up with the stainless steel 16" 1/9 turn in Tactiacal Patrol configuration. I wanted the option of featureless, so Dustin had an A2 muzzle break that I had included. The upper was done on the same day and I went out and spent a good amount of time with Dustin learning about AR15's in general.

The handgaurd upper rail is a little thicker than the rear so I eneded up with and LWRC rear site and a troy front site, just an FYI.

I shot PMC .223, WWB 5.56, XM 855 5.56, and federal Premium 55 grain .223. All shot without issues and were fairly precise for a new shooter usuing sand bags. I'm still getting used to AR-15 sites and ordered a scope.

I als bought the a .22LR conversion kit which shot precisely as well.

Thanks again!
