Default Burgo Revolver (1960 era) aka Rohm - Anybody got?

Hey all -
I got an opportunity to PPT purchase a
8 shot revolver from the 1960's
Chambered in 22LR

Information on the gun:
Burgo Model 106S
8 shot cylinder
4" barrel
Made in Germany.
NRA condition 80-90%
Very clean for the age.

Reading around the internet
it seems that this was one of the
ultra cheap handguns that got imported in the
"good old days" of mail order gun purchases.
Supposedly Rohm made the gun under a
bunch of different names.

Anybody own one of these or got
some information and value on it?

Whats out there for 22 revolvers is
pretty limited in double action.

The Ruger SP101 in 22 is on list now
but its wait listed all over the place.
The Ruger LCR is just recently being made
in 22LR, which I hope gets put on list.

I did some research some time ago for a friend who picked one up. We shot it a bit but my recommendation to him was to put it aside as a keep sake, since it was a gift from his uncle. The condition of it wasn't too bad but from what I had read on the gun and because the mechanics of it just didn't feel right, I thought it best just to put it aside. IMO, they just weren't made very well - think 'Saturday night special'.

The one you found sounds like it is probably in better condition than the one I'm familiar with but with the other choices you have listed in your signature, I would probably avoid it.

My roommate has one in .32 long, handed down from his pops. It shoots like butter, when we can find ammo for it that is. It's a seven-shot.
It's got an ergonomic grip for a right hander, and he's a lefty. Anyone know where he can get a new grip? I don't know which revolver it's meant to clone, so no idea. Where to start.

Yeah mixed report on this, without a lot of knowledge.

The other revolvers are still probably going to come into the collection as well.

New grip? You can fabricate -pour plaster over the old one to make a reverse mold. Pop the old one out, fill with epoxy. Google search it.
