So looks like their rate is about 20 orders a week? So 5 weeks for 100 orders out...

So if your number is in:
9## range, should be July/Aug
10## range Sep/Oct
11## Nov/Dec
12## Jan/Feb 2013
13## Mar/Apr 2013
14## May/Jun 2013
15## Jul/Aug 2013
16## Sep/Oct 2013
17## Nov/Dec 2013
18## Jan/Feb 2014
19## Mar/Apr 2014
20## May/Jun 2014
21## Jul/Aug 2014

etc etc

That ofcourse does not account for the fact that their production can speed up and/or slow down. If current rate continues though its going to be a long time for some orders. Even if its 25 orders a week... still a month per 100, still 20## wont happen until May 2013...

I posted in the other thread about them.
No I dont work for them.
I live in Santa Cruz but have family in Reno
long story short when I had spoke to Tia 2 weeks before I was going up she had said something about taking time for packaging and I told her I would just bring a ammo can and dump it in no need for 50 rd boxes.

when I went in they had all my ammo set out on the plastic trays of 50 and I just dumped then slapped a JR sticker on the outside so I knew what was in there.

I would suggest if people get through to Chris via email or phone see if that would speed it up.
To just have him dump in a box and ship.

James

I hope that does work for some people, but my gut tells me the reason your order was speeded up in bulk is because you showed up at their doorstep. Not so much because you offered to take it in bulk. I just get bad vibes in general from JRA.

I agree totally that my showing up at their doorstep helped allot.

When I first got there they said they had no 9mm processed.
I told them I would come back the next day to get it and they called at around 11 the next day saying it was ready.

So yes that helped lots

just received my refund through the credit card company. apparently, JRA never responded to their dispute info request. I don't think I would have seen any ammo until 2013, if I saw it at all...

I really am not surprised that I'm back here on this thread asking for another update on orders. So here it is.

Has anyone received anything recently? This company is just utterly ridiculous if they expect anyone to reorder more ammo. At this point I would have rather paid double for my ammo and had it 4 and a half months ago, when I placed my order.

I am order 806 with 1k in 9mm and no repsonse from them. They seemed to skip over my order number as a few others seemed to get their orders already.

I finally gave up and disputed with AMEX (no time limit, apparently). Ordered from BulletMan911 here on the forums and was shooting two days later!

Sorry to hear. That is extremely ridiculous.

Thanks for the updates guys. I am thinking about going up to Truckee sometime this week to beat the heat in Sacto for a couple days. Might as well stop by in Reno to figure out what the hell is going on. I'll report back later.

.45 Auto 230 gr copper plated RN. Boxer primed, new brass. Case of 1000. 20 boxes of 50 cartridges. Free shipping.

Now accepting pre-orders for ammunition that will ship in mid-April. If you need to restock your ammo reserves, and to do so cheaply, this is your opportunity. Avoid any future increase in ammo prices by locking in this price today. Please do not order if you have an immediate need for this ammunition.

****NOTE: Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase, and not at the time of shipment.

so is that NEXT April?

Cheapest ammo prices I've ever seen at a public range. This was today at The Guns and Ammo Garage near the strip in Vegas.

Either that or they just received a bunch of CalGunners' orders

I would suggest NOT doing business with Jack Ross unless you have 6 months to a year to wait for your ammo. His FIRST priority is to the ranges that send him brass to reload. Whatever is left gets sent to you guys.

I was impressed that the range was selling ammo that cheap. My local range charges 15 or 16 per 50 for reloads. This range had the Jack Ross in his special factory looking packaging for 8.99.

I would have grabbed some, but I would rather give Serve my business.

Before they took their facebook page down they posted that they pay the ranges in ammo for their used brass. So they get brass send it back to the ranges, losad it for gun shows and if any usable brass is left we get it...

I would recommend NOT doing any business with Jack Ross Ammo period.

Pretty ****ty of them to fill range orders like that and **** over their mail order customers like they have.

Hate to see any sm. businessman fail but with business practices like JR's it can't happen soon enough.

So I guess everyone that is over their credit card refund timeframe is out of luck.
