Default Help ID this bullet!

hey guys, could you please help me id these bullets? They are silver tipped... but I can make a dent or groves with my finger nail. The small box that they are in says : 7.62x39 mm/20 rds.

They look like Brown Bear or Silver Bear Silver tips.. I bought a crate of em a while ago.. The tip is made of a softer metal that feels like clay or something and can be scraped off with your fingertip. I'm assuming this helps the round to expand and mushroom on impact.

Those were the original contract for anti werewolf and vampire rounds. They didn't work so well, so as usual when something doesn't work well, CAI bought the whole stock.

I believe that "clay" is actually lead.....go wash your hands

WOW those are the worst looking soft points i have ever seen . What, did they have a blind kid dipping the tips in lead?
