Why just one of each?

1) Saiga 7.62x39
2) Saiga .223 with AR mag adapter
3) S&W MP15
4) Generic old school style AR15

Because it's the theme of the thread. It's about that one AR and AKM you have that perhaps you like the most from your stable, or the two that most complement each other. Or maybe the two that you find yourself shooting the most.

Nice rifles so far!

Agreed, would be more special if we see a pic of your single favorite AK and AR out of your collection.

MrPlink,
You lose two points for not recognizing the purpose built, piston driven AR that works & folds.

Maybe your man card has expired...

Ohh, that's 2 strikes now Paint Chips!

Unfortunately for you I know damn well what a Daewoo is. And it isn't an AR (15).

well to be fair..the Daewoo was derived from the M16..so its AR15ish at least...

Colt alleged the design was copied from its M16 and sued unsuccessfully. S&T Motiv does not pay license fees for manufacturing the K2.[5]

BCG is similar and fcg, but it isn't an AR15 anyway you cut it.

Yes indeed.

One would have to be more than a few cards short of a full deck to say it's not an AR, especially given it's roots, and the fact that it takes M16 mags, and "AR" is factory engraved on the receiver. No, it's not your run of the mill AR, but I never claimed that it was. The K2/AR100 is known as the piston driven AR system that works, and after owning & shooting many of them since the mid 80's I can tell you that description is spot on.

^^Nice. Looking forward to the finished product.

H20 MAN - were you at Oaktree last weekend? That Daewoo looks familiar. If you were, post a pic of that double underfolder that was parked right next to the Daewoo (looked like a pre-ban Polytech) ; )

Forgive my ignorance: don't you need to have a bullet button, and something like MonsterMan grips, since pistol grips are so mean and evil?

Yes, there are maglocks on all 3 of my guns. And it is not both, if you run featureless (no pistol grip, forward grip, collapsible stock, flashhider) then you dont need a mag lock. If you have a maglock you are free to use those things
