PA Scope, McGowen bull barrel, and Choate stock. Pretty much the bolt, receiver and trigger are Savage. However, the bolt may be going bye bye next.

POF SPR 5.56 with MK4

Here are a couple of wood and steel rifles. Both have MK4's

Here is a EBR modern version of old steel with MK4

Here is a Si Defense build that I assembled. Has a Burris XTR scope.

These here are my Armalite/Aero National Matches with MK4's

These are my absolute favorite of the bunch. Armalite Super SASS/Aero with MK4's
I have this wild guess that you like MK4's... Haha, nice rifles though! Most of those rifles cost more than my whole collection by themselves... Just means I need to step my game up

How much did this run you? How have you liked it? For around the same price would you have done anything differently?

Love it! The rifle was $650 at RifleGear, scope $250 at OpticsPlanet. After all the fees and accessories, the figure is hanging close to $1000. I wouldn't do anything different. I'm new to precision shooting, and this is a great platform for serious upgrades in the future.

Shooting is just going to be too easy with that, and you'll begin to regret having such a rifle. I propose a straight swap now with my 700P to preserve your pride. Let's do it now before you have rounds through it that will season the barrel.

This is a tough decision. I'm going to have to look at a picture of Bill Clinton and ask, "What would Bill do?".

You need a better mount too. The SPR mount is fantastic for light recoiling AR15s but I wouldn't trust one on anything heavier. That's why larue designed a traditional top/bottom half mount for their OBR.

Plus you need at least 10 MOA elevation.
