Has anyone hunted pigs in the Santa Barbara area this year? Any tips?

Around that area you can hunt at Camp Robert. A number of folks I know have had good luck there. I never hunt that far south so I don't mind passing along the info. Just remember the golden rule though: "The further north you go the better it gets".

That makes no sense. The best hog hunting is next to the Ca./Oregon border? I don't think so. Central Ca. has the best hog hunting in the state

I have never hunted Camp Roberts but Cojo-Jalama Ranches has trips, may have changed since it they just sold, Tejon Ranch is also good off Interstate 5 on the otherside. Santa Ynez Valley but you have to know some one. Check Western Outdoor News.
