Default Anybody have expierence with GSG 1911 .22 conversion

I have heard good things about their actual 1911, but was thinking about going the conversion route so i can use the same red dot optics.

I hear good things about Marvel but wondering specifically about the gsg as you can't argue the price.

Not sure about the conversion units though. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

I have some first hand experience with it and I would recommend you to stay away from it. It doesn't feed reliably. It's prone to light strikes. It's prone to failure to fires. It is very picky with ammo.

That is disappointing. Thanks for the heads up.
