Default InLine Fabrication. Custom reloading equipment & accessories.

Hornady Lock-N-Load "Ergo" Roller lever.
I do like my Hornady Lock-N-Load set-up, but the factory knob and lever on the Lock & Load kinda sucks. If standing you would have to drop your shoulder or lean over to get the full down stroke. Sitting was better, but still a little awkward. The ball on the factory lever is a little abrasive as well. So, I set out to remedy these minor problems.

Roller bearing handle

Better right hand shellplate access.

Forward stroke.

Full downstroke.

Factory “down” stroke measurement. (Off floor)

Mucho better modified “down” stroke measurement. (Off floor)

The first bend in the lever orients the shaft so it runs parallel with the rest of the press linkages, the 2nd bend opens up access to the right side of the shellplate at rest position, the 3rd bend creates a downward action for ultra smooth priming operation.
When the lever is in the down position, bends 2 and 3 bring the roller handle up from the factory position so you don’t have to lean over or drop your shoulder to get the full “upstroke” of the press.

The levers are lathe cut & threaded, machine formed, acid etched primer is applied, then black enamel coated. The roller bearing handle is very comfortable diameter to grip and a dream to use!

If you would like one, purchasing info is below
Paypal is: 1in9twist@gmail.com. Or I do accept money orders. (PM or Email me for address)

Please specify which version you would like. Ergo or Standard. They are $55 shipped. They are in stock and I ship the same day as payment is received. I really try to keep the cost down as much as possible, but with the current costs of components, shipping, tooling, paint, paypal fee’s, etc. It really adds up quick.
I also offer a 100% no BS guarantee. Work it, abuse it, load your socks off with it, and if you happen to decide that you don't like it, I will buy it back. (Minus shipping, to be fair)

Thanks
Dan
Also, you can always PM me or hit me up at 1in9twist2@gmail with any questions.

For the guys that like the factory height lever, I made another version. It is identical in height to the factory Hornady lever, but has one bend to bring the lever parallel with the press linkages, then has the roller bearing handle installed at the top. Works great! If you would like one, they are $55 shipped.

Hit me up at 1in9twist2@gmail.com with any questions.
Thanks
Dan

I don't have a Hornady, but I like your thinking. Mind divulging the source of that nice roller handle?

I received my Lock-N-Load "Ergo" Roller lever today. Well packed and as advertised. Very nice machine work on these! It has absolutely transformed the ergonomics of my LNL press. Thanks to the OP for offering these.

Damn where were you last month when I got the Ultimate Reloader one? I like your handle better. The Ultimate Reloader roller handle is chrome but too small for my hands.

And for my next trick..........
I offer you a one or two bin bullet tray system.

This double bin swing arm features two of the same bins that come with your LNL and puts the bullets, casings or press tools perfectly within your reach. It bins sit higher than the shellplate, so setting a bullet is the preferred downward motion. It mounts to the factory bolt holes for the case feeder on the back of the press. It doesn’t matter if you have the case feeder or not, it comes with the hardware for either application. It has 2 swivel points so you can adjust the bin position to what is comfortable for you. The bins and arm will also pivot completely out of the way for other benchwork. Both pivot points have Oilite bronze oil impregnated bushings installed for smooth operation, load handling and long life.

The double tray system is $44.00 shipped to your door.

Note: The arm will be capped on both ends when it ships out to you. At the time of the photo’s, the caps hadn’t arrived yet.

With case feeder

With-out case feeder

Out of the way.

I am a little OCD when it comes to being organized so I made these guys up:

Hornady Lock N Load Die Bushing Trays.
Stay organized and tidy with these aluminum storage trays for the Lock N Load bushings. Each one holds 4 bushings. If you want to hold more bushings on one tray, custom built trays are available, just ask.
$12 each.
Buy them along with your “Ergo” or standard height roller handle, and they ship in the same box to avoid shipping fees.

Dillon 550, 650 & 1050 “ERGO” rollers now available.
All “ERGO” roller levers feature a forward offset to create a very comfortable priming operation and offer relief from having to bend over on the down stroke to get the ram all the way up. The offset lever position’s you perfectly in front of the press and in doing so assists with comfortably looking into your case to see powder level and setting a bullet.

Dillon 550. 3.5 (Offers 3.5 inches of relief over the factory straight ball lever.)

Dillon 550. 5.0 (Offers 5.0 inches of relief over the factory straight ball lever.)

Dillon 650. 3.0 (Offers 3.5 inches of relief over the factory straight ball lever.)

Dillon 650. 4.5 (Offers 6.5 inches of relief over the factory straight ball lever.)

Dillon 1050 3.0 (Offers 3 inches of relief over the factory lever)

Question, what are the dimensions? I am trying to figure layout on the wall because I have the powder drops to account for too.

Things I would love to see,

Roller conversation for the dillon swager.

Lasering on the holder.

"223"
"9mm"

etc

I would also love to have a attachment for the shellplate on the die holder.

They are 8" long. 2" deep and 1" tall. Powderdrops can be stored in them.

I will look into your other requests.
Thanks!
