Unhappy Any Licensed Assault Weapon Gunsmiths in Bay Area?

Hello, I need help please. I have a legal California registered assault weapon: (Kalashnikov) a Bulgarian Arsenal SA-93 version of the AK-47 rifle with a milled receiver. I need to have some machining work done to install a rear tang with rivets to reinforce the rear stock. I also need to have it refinished with new paint or coating. I live in the Santa Rosa area and I have searched for some local gunsmiths in Sonoma County who are licensed to work on them, but without sucess. I cannot find one who is lawfully licensed. Some gunsmiths refused to work on it even with my lawfully required presence. One even refused to speak to me. (he treats me like a criminal!) Does anyone know of some gunsmiths in the San Francisco Bay Area who would work on RAW's? Especially in machining and paint coating work? All referrals would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. I am a new member of Calguns. Thanks again.

Yeah good luck with that.
