Wow nice and shiny chefdude, again here is my Kimber Custom II after I put on the Free Hogue Grips

New round count is 1,058 with nothing more then some slight feeding problems which was about 7 or so before I had 500 or so rounds fired through her. The last 600 or so shots fired have all gone off without a hiccup Next mod coming up is the Meprolight Night Sights yee!!!!!!

I want to put a compensator on my Custom II but not sure who can do it. I would also like to open up the ejection port a little, and also clean up the throat a bit as well. Nothing like taking a $800 or so 1911 and making it into a $1,500 bad as$ target shooter and home defense handgun as well. Well only drawback to a compensator is shooting at night with little or no lilght. It can cause you to go a little blind from the flame exiting upward lol!

Not that I am going to be doing this anytime soon I am still finishing up my AR build which is over budget by a grand, yes a grand

Nice gun, too
Thanks! Here is another shot of radioburning’s old Armscor High Standard, now wearing slim cocobolo grips.

I can see myself switching out the mainspring housing for a Wilson Combat version, but that would be just a tiny improvement at this point.

I should probably spend my money on better sights.
