Default Love my new Mk3!

So, I started PPC shooting and have been doing a few weeks with my bedside gun. While my shooting with that is "competent", it drops off at distance which isn't too surprising.

It's a little expensive to blow 50 rounds of 45 at a time, so I decided to invest in a 22 pistol, especially after my great experience with a 10/22.

Picked this up on Sunday, did a quick sight-in on the (I'm sorry) Barska reflex sight, and took it to PPC last night.

My score was a VAST improvement, and I'm barely even used to the thing.

I can tell I need to fix the sight-in, especially windage.

Bulk of the shots here are at 15/25 yd, all of the 7yd shots made it into the 10-ring.

Shouldn't be an issue at all to get this thing to stay inside the 10 ring, with calibration and practice.

Nice piece! Good choice on the stainless version; my blued model is already starting to rust on the backstrap because of poor maintenance by the PO.

Awesome! I was going to get the 22/45, but changed my mind at the last minute for MKIII. Picked up mine (blue) last Friday, and already had 1k rounds thru it It was rough during the break-in. But, after the initial 500rds, internal mag safety removal, and some polishing, the gun was smooth sailing. MKIII is so fun, and 22LR would allow me to shoot and shoot, while other shooters are coming and go.

MK3 are awesome! I love my Glocks but it's great to be able to spend the whole afternoon at the range with only $18 worth of 22lr ammo. With time you should be able to get some nice groups out her. I'm almost down to within 1'' @ 10 yards. Here is my 10 shot group @ 10 yards.
