Default Ventura News! Uncle Paul's to re-open soon

Uncle Paul's will be re-opening in the next 3-4 weeks with a new owner (ATF providing).

I got this info from my buddy, who's wife brother in law is neighbors with the cat sitter for a friend of the new owner's wife's Canasta partner, so, as you can see, it is rock solid info.

Remember, you heard it here first.

Wish them luck but I am not holding my breath. I have done business with them in the past but honestly feel they really don't know how to run a business. Too much drama between the owners.

Blueline is looking to open a shooting range too... Lots to compete with now in Ventura. If BL opens a range...shooters will go out of business quick...or change his ways.

Blueline rocks. Do they run other businesses for cash? It seems like they have a lot of $$ for a small gun shop? They have realy nice cars and look to be bucks up..

Its about a three minutes from Blueline and Blueline is actually open. Blueline is on Golf Course Drive and is a good shop. They're nice guys and expanding like crazy.

No, I saw your post. I just know what happened. Basically there were a few owners. One of the owners was asked to leave and ATF made them start the whole FFL process over with a new FFL instead of ammneding the old one. Thats why its taking so long, along with the remodel. Unless you have inside info that they all bailed and their are all brand new owners....

I was only told "a new owner", I don't know if he is one of many or not.
I have his email, I'll introduce myself and ask him!

You are incorrect. Please stop spreading rumors. Although I've gone my separate way from the shop, I KNOW what happened because I was actually there.

Thats what your former business partners told me. Its not a rumor if it came from the source. Would you like to publically clarify what transpired then and stop the "rumors"?

A new range is so desperately needed around here. This would be tremendously good news if one could open.

Hey Guys!! If you need immediate details as to the store reopening, feel free to call anytime during the day as there WILL be one or more of the new Senior team members (owners) to answer your call. If they do not get to the phone, they are simply preparing for those doors to reopen. Alot has been accomplished. We predict 2 to 3 more weeks, however, an accurate posting will be announced. So hang in there................and thanks so much for your patience and loyalty. Future posts to follow!!!!! We miss you guys!!!!! Good times ahead!!!!!

Please dont spread FUD, Also i highly recommend Pauls, great customer service, they know their stuff, and the best part, They are working on the cutting edge to give us what we in Cali want, They have 10/30 mags, OLLs, and they really go out of their way for the customer. Alot of gun stores are too scared to even stock an ar15 lower.

They even gave me BOTH mags when i ordered my sig from them, i know its not a big deal but its the little things.

Kahr is on the list of items that the store will have a master dealership with. All in due time. Thank you for your interest though. At the moment, there are several Kahr items in stock. One might be what your looking for. Stop by when you have time and introduce yourself. Ill be glad to assist.

I stopped in there today. They are open. Things are happening. Support a good dealer and run in there and buy something.

I have spoken.

Sorry I missed your first day open under the new FFL. I'll drop by soon.

You've aways been great to do business with. I wish you good luck.

i stopped in today after my trip to cherry creek... i have to say that i was kinda disapointed... i hope that its due to being freshly re opened. What happened with state ammunition? last i heard (end of oct) they were closing to join forces with uncle paul's did that fall through?

ETA: didnt mean to sound like a jerk. im very happy that paul's is back in business theres nobody i would rather do business with.
