Actually, you can't do that.

They need to be recycled, I have a secure recycling bin that is appropriate for your situation.

Default Updated Pic of uzi

I finally took the BB converted Vector Uzi to the range today. Updated the fixed folder to a non-detachable wood stock.

What a bummer that you have to convert a gun like that to looking like that. :-/
Looks like it shot well for you though.

I use the C Products mags. They cost about 1/3 of what the uzi mags cost, and they lock the bolt back on the last round.

Default Kriss with ultimate mag tool

No, I cannot make lighting-fast reload with it. But it sure beats fumbling for tools. (if a 45ACP can activate a mag detach.. so will my finger )
Sure do hope that can make the tool longer since the tool need a longer reach then typical AR. It also fits nicely in the original grip cut out, but cannot fit a Glock 21 anymore.

^ duc that is badass.

I am not even done with my .308 build yet and already want a 9mm build seeing as how I have thousands of rounds of 9mm....

Anyone use a lone wolf lower, featureless of course?

The BB is done by a user here but they also auction them on BunBroker and the stock is fixed with a simple wood screw drilled into the wood next to the stock's detach button. It is discreet but prevents the detach mechanism from functioning unless removed.

Just wondering what the re-coil/kick is like on one of these 9MM AR's versus a .223/5.56x45 AR... I currently have a 7.62x39 AR and a .50 Beowulf AR and my wife dislikes both, but after shooting a .223/5.56 AR she is WAY more comfortable with the recoil from that round and now whats an AR for herself. I got the "greenlight" on getting myself an AR in .308/7.62x51 IF I can get her an AR that she can shoot comfortably, so of course I'm motivated . Let me know about this variant AR.

Thanks,
Fred R.

The 9mm ARs are basically blowback operated rifles, versus the gas operated 223 variants. As a result, I find them to feel kinda jumpy in comparison. A 223 AR with a rifle length gas system (or 14.5 midlength gas) combined with a good muzzle brake is incredibly soft shooting and very smooth. None of these rifles will beat your wife up and they'll all be fun to shoot.

Plus if you've scared and gotten your wife accustomed to 50 Beowulf , then I'm quite sure she'll absolutely love either a 9mm or 223 AR!!

9mm ARs can sometimes take a bit of tweaking to get running reliably. If it were me, especially if you don't have a 223 AR yet, I'd probably lean toward a 223 first.

Even better is to test fire your buddies' rifles first...

Ok fellas, I have a question for the experts.

I just picked up my CMMG stripped, 9mm (dedicated) lower. It's my first build (long overdue), and I'm completely lost. I have read all of the "How to" threads and videos on assembling a stripped lower. But they have all been on a 5.556 lower, none on a 9mm lower.

Are the steps and pieces for assembling a 9mm lower pretty much the same as a 5.556 installation? Can I just follow the instructions for a 5.556 assembly? HELP!
For the record, yes I have a 9mm buffer and rounded 5.556 (I think) hammer.

I want to see someone with the .50 AE upper that shoots the desert eagle rounds. I read somewhere that the .50 beowulf was descended from the .50 AE and is an improvement for the AR over the .50 AE. Does anybody have any input on this?
I think it would be cool for someone to be able to use the same .50 AE rounds in their desert eagle as what they do their AR.
