Default Xfering a pistol that was intrafamily transfered to you

so I am selling a pistol that was transfered to my by way of intrafamily transfer by my parent. I have a conformation letter from DOJ that says the transaction went thru well. So do I myself fill out PPT papers or does the parent have to?

thanks

If its been legally transferred into your name., Then you are the legal owner of said gun., You may now do what you please with it

If the DOJ thinks you own the gun, then you go to the FFL and do the PPT as owner.
