Default Chaos Rails for Saiga 12: quality or airsoft junk?

Anyone have or are familiar with these rails? Are they GTG (Ultimak quality) or for airsoft toys (UTG quality)? Thanks.

I read an article on "airsoft" rails being produced in China using the same materials, techniques, and even stamping (made in USA!?). Just be sure to order from a reputable dealer to avoid being scammed.

My UTG PRO just arrived:

High grade aluminum and nice finish....not an airsoft type product.

We will see how it fits tonight.

I've had the Chaos Quad rail on mine for a couple years (bought one of the original promos.) It's *very* solid. The only reason I'm going to remove it is to replace it with the Kushnapup that I already pre-ordered (hopefully it will be released in a couple months.)

Cameron produces his Chaos rail here in the US. He seems to do small productions and I have been very satisfied with mine. There are a lot of great options out there but if you want a good rail system you can't go wrong with Chaos.

I wanted the look of the welded Sig sights and the ability to fit the cobra heat guard on the saga so tri-rail it was.

Did you mount that picatinny rail on the top cover yourself or was that an aftermarket part?

That looks like a side mount with picatinny rail. I don't think its physically on the top cover. If you look closely, it looks like its floating above it.
