Default HENSOLDT FERO - Z24 Scopes

I just placed an order for one over at Dan's Sporting Goods (www.dansammo.com) for $375, this is a pretty good deal since I noticed that other sites have been going up in price. This includes both the scope and mount.

If you've been thinking about it for a while like I have, you might want to jump on this one.

Thumbs up

I picked up one from Dan a few months ago. These are absolutely brand new scopes and mounts.

Don't forget to mention you are a FALFILE member in the comment section when ordering and Dan will give you a L80 GERMAN PARATROOPER/COMMANDO KNIFE made by Eickhorn-Soligen free.

Here is a short movie I made on how to operate the gravity knife. NOTE: For some reason the video (mpg) files don't always play correctly on the first pass. After it loads completely hit the play button again and it should play without gaps.

MOVIE

BTW, the Hensoldt scope and mount looks right at home on my SR9T.

Questions abound for RKIs...

- Are these 4X or 6X?
- What's the reticle like?
- Is there a BDC for 308?
- Are there adaptors that transition from the bottom of the scope to a Weaver or Pic rail?

Bill these scopes my be calibrated for 5.56mm. I have not been able to verify this.

Here is a link to the manual: http://www.drzero.org/cetme/pdf/g3sm.pdf

Also, ARMS makes an adapter.

never heard of this scope before, thanks for the info.

what merit would this scope have over, say, and IOR 4X tactical, besides the fact that the scope/claw mount plays nicely with HK rifles?

It looks like you have the Illuminator on your scope. Was this an option at the time you ordered, or did you add it at a later date?
