Default Best dealer to buy a CA legal Kel Tec PLR16?

I'm new here and really enjoy reading all the informative articles and threads! I want to buy a Kel Tec PLR 16. So far I have found only one dealer, in Wisconsin, that will modify the pistol with a "Ca bullet button", which is really easy to put on with 2 screws, and a 0 round magazine. He is pretty high on his price, (about $200 more than an unmodified one), and I was wondering if I could do better. Thanks for your help!

The one who has it cheapest. I just don't know who that is.
Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

triple a's sporting goods in vallejo or try sportman arms in petaluma...these guys might be able to do something for you. Myself I'm looking for one also.

Where are you located? BB buttons for those pistols are pretty easy to make so if you can find an 07 FFL near you they may be able to help you out.
