I have for sale a 1960's era Ted Williams .22 Rifle sold exclusively through Sears & Roebuck. I understand the rifle was made for Sears by High Standard. It is a model 34 with 583.3402 stamped on it. It has a 24" barrel and is a real tack driver. Definitely the most accurate .22 rifle I have ever fired. It is semi-automatic and has a tubular magazine that holds 17-18 rounds. I purchased the gun about 10 years ago with the intention of restoring it to like new however my interests have gone more in the tactical direction. Total round count is unknown but I have only put about 250 rounds through it. It's been mostly a safe queen for me. This is a great gun in good shape considering it's age and fires well. I've seen other Model 34's go on GunBroker for as high as $175. Asking $SOLD
. Buyer pays all fees. Ammo Bros. in Ontario is preferred for the transfer but will consider other FFL's locally in SoCal.
Does not appear to qualify for Curio and Relic as it was made between 1962-1966. http://www.histandard.info/PDF/Sears%20Rifles.pdf
