Since this is in committee and is in amendation cycle and since there are only 2 Public Safety meetings left in next 2 wks, we wanna continue to let them make mistakes without us aiding them
 So we are, in general, are not gonna aid them. Arguing against unenforceable nonregulatory memos in public is one thing, but offering legislative support to bill writers at a critical time.
